Daily Rate Includes - Airport pick up and return except where otherwise noted. Full accommodations and all meals and local beverages. Services of a fully licensed Professional Hunter and all necessary staff. All ground transportation during safari. Laundry service. Field preparation of trophies.

Daily Rate Does Not Include - All travel and accommodations prior to and after the safari. Trophy fees for all animals taken, or wounded and lost. Packing and transfer of trophies to local taxidermist or shipping agent. Disinfecting, packing and shipping of trophies to final destination. Staff gratuities at client’s discretion. Rental of weapons and ammunition if required. All items of a personal nature.

Terms and Conditions - These vary with each outfitter, but generally a deposit of 50% of the total daily rates or package is required to confirm your safari booking. Deposits are non-refundable if the safari is canceled and the dates are not re-booked. Your deposit may then be transferable to a later date upon approval of the outfitter. All cancellations are subject to a $450.00 processing fee.

Air Travel - We will arrange all of your flights to and from your safari destination at the best available fares.

Health - Please consult your physician to avoid any confusion and to check for any required inoculations for the country(s) you will be visiting. Anti-malarial medication is strongly recommended for all travel to Africa.

Liability - Any safari activity is potentially hazardous and it is essential that all lawful directions and advise of the safari operator/professional hunter be followed. African Hunting Adventures accepts no responsibility for any illness, accident, or loss whatsoever incurred during the course of the safari or any expense arising from such illness, accident or loss.

We strongly recommend travel and medivac insurance for all safaris.
